Living at the Madison Studios is an experience I was lucky enough to fall into in the midst of my Apartment search journey. ... I would go on drives all last summer to clear my head and I would often end up heading East past Shepard park. I didn’t know this, but it was that very moment that planted the seed for what I wanted (and didn’t want) in an apartment! Several months later, the studio complex became one of the places I applied to. Since then, the process has been nothing but frictionless, and welcoming. From the moment you apply, staff at the Madison Studio’s makes it their job to get you headed in the right direction. At least that was my experience, I am beyond grateful I was able to find this place. Not to mention the cleanliness, quietness, friendly service AND neighbors the complex has under its belt! Every encounter that I've had with the staff here has been great! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help out with any ... questions. The apartment is absolutely stunning and very well maintained! ***Updated*** 03/29/2021 I’ve lived here for almost a year now. I have never had one complaint. They respond fast to maintenance requests. They are super friendly every time I talk with them. The best company I have ever rented from. I absolutely loved living at the Madison! I recently moved out to live in a larger apartment with my fiancé, however it was ... difficult to leave such an awesome apartment at the Madison. The Madison is perfect for the young professional or single person who is looking to live somewhere quiet. Because it is a building of only studios, there aren’t young children running around or a lot of commotion. It’s pet friendly too, which was a huge plus for me. Management was also wonderful, always friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. I’m sad to leave and would definitely refer the Madison to anyone! Took a big chance moving into a brand-new apartment building, but it paid off- The Madison Studios are clean, quiet, reasonably-priced, ... and the management is understanding and responsive. Would especially recommend the "Jr. One Bedroom" studio model- the partial wall between the living and sleeping areas provides separation without a separate room. I don't know if that is because it was built that way or because of very quite neighbors, but it is great regardless. The management is awesome. Not only is the unit I am moving into this week the most spacious studio apartment I have ever seen, I can also rest assured knowing that the management team knows what they are doing and truly value the tenants. I would recommend touring these apartments if you are searching for a cost efficient, high end feel studio apartment in the St. Paul area!
